20% Deposit required at time of booking.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All required service agreements must be completed and signed digitally prior to your scheduled appointment. If the required paperwork has not been completed, we will arrive with physical copies and wait up to 15 minutes at the scheduled location. If the client is not present or the paperwork is not completed within that time, our team will leave the premises, and the appointment will be considered a no-show, also forfeiting your deposit. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-transferable. If you need to reschedule within the same calendar week, your deposit may be applied toward your new appointment time.
